Critical Care

Central Gippsland Health has a six-bed Critical Care Unit providing  coronary and intensive care facilities to treat a range of heart, respiratory and other high dependency conditions. It serves the local community with support by Alfred Intensive Care via telehealth and is also a referral centre for East and South Gippsland.

The well equipped unit has a central monitoring station, enabling staff to read information about patients in CCU and other wards, as necessary.
